Rhythm of Silence

Here's the 3rd bookmark.. all in all that's a set....

I had fun with this.. made me think of God a lot...

About the Art:

Everywhere, i could hear music and sounds,
Some are pleasant to the ears,
Some are not just my type;
Music and sounds, that fill up my ears.

But then somehow, i began looking for a certain sound,
A certain music that can bring me to His presence,
I tried to look for songs, hymns, instrumentals...
But nothing seems to please my ears.

Down, depressed, and out of ideas & hope...
I lied down on the wooden floor in complete silence,
Stared at the white wooden ceiling with no sound.
Slowly closing my eyes, I tried to imagine...

At first I imagined I was in the clouds, soaring...
Then I saw a musical note and sat on it.
Slowly it brought me to the rhythm of His presence,
Every beat, draw me closer and closer...

Until finally, i got to reach a palace full of pearls and beauty.
I went down my musical note, and to my surprise...
I couldn't hear a single sound. All was silent.
But the beauty and colors of the palace made me dance.

I danced and danced, with no music at all.
As I danced, someone held my hand.
I didn't see anybody, but for sure i know its was Him.
He danced with me slowly in a sweet rhythm

Tears fell before my eyes, I didn't want to open my eyes,
But i know i just have to, for eternity is not at hand yet.
I lavished the moment, my moment with Him,
Dancing to the rhythm of Silence.

I felt Him letting go of my hand; the rhythm went with Him.
I opened my eyes finally, and saw nothing but the ceiling.
I touched my face and felt the coldness of my tears.
I just know it was no dream...

In the midst of the silence, His presence was very strong.
For sure this is the music that my soul would really love.

There you go.. the "Him" is God...
